Complete rip off. You have a 12 day trial but you don't receive the product until your trail days are over. At that time you have already been charged the full price of $89.99 without trying the product at all. When asked for a refund the rep states that it's the customer's responsibility to contact them if the product is't received within 5 business days of the order but the order confirmation does not state those terms then an option of 50% of your money back is giving meanwhile you're stuck with a product that may or may not work for you.
