INJURED/NEGLECTED PETS PAWPERPOO.COM SANTA MONICA, CA INJURED/NEGLECTED PETS. Jeff Otto had not been tender nor kind with my 6-month old pomeranians. As witnessed by my son, not only was Jeff Otto preoccupied with his cellphone that both dogs fell from the couch, & Mr Otto made it appeared like nothing happened. And worse, he did not even report it back to me nor to his supervisor. Never again will I trust this company.
