I changed my energy supplier using USwitch in November 2013 from NPower to Scottish Power. I was on a direct debit scheme with Npower and have been informed by Npower that I am £748.16 in credit on my gas supply and am still awaiting response on my electricity credit which was read 2 months ago.I have spoken with NPower and they say they have placed my refund on a 6 week priority but are receiving many requests.To date, I still await my refund and have no idea when it will be received.
