I was contacted by sales person employed by Palmco Power LLC and they solicited business from me suggesting for me to switch to their company from ComEd. I did and feel sorry till today. I have been overcharged so much throughout the last year and the beginning of this one! I never fell behind on bills but did this time because I can't afford to pay it.
I live in a one bedroom apartment and one month they charged me 0.14 rate, another 0.15 and this month was a record of 0.19! Compared to ComEd's rate of 0.05 that is a HUGE difference in your monthly bills!!
One month I paid 450.00 another month 400.00.
In the past two months (and they know everyone is heating so they will charge you higher rate to get your money!) I paid almost 1,000.00 for the past 2 months altogether! For my one bedroom condo! I am ready to pass out...terrible, terrible. When you call you wait usually like 25 minutes on the phone.
Please don't make the same mistake I did.
Now ComEd has charged me additional security deposit













Company is overcharging big time!
They solicited business from me, gave me first not even 2 months at the same rate like ComEd at 0.05 and afterwards they just went completely crazy! Today I am at 0.19!
The difference in bills is huge. I pay for my electricity in my 1 BR condo 400.00 and the other month 450.00. Including all charges from ComEd for delivery it's 945.00 for the past 2 months!
Take my advice and DON'T EVER TAKE THEM AS YOU SUPPLIER BECAUSE YOU WILL FEEL SORRY.
THEY SAY THE RATE VARIES AND THAT'S THE TRICK!!
