I order a 4.95 jar of RVTL. I have now been charged 3 charges 93.00, 99.95, and 99.95. I have been trying to return the items and have been told that I can only return 1 jar. I have also been charged a foreign transaction fee for these products amounting to $8.77. Please help me obtain a refund.
