I participated in a survey, didn't want any free gifts but had to choose one, so agreed to the DermaJuvenate 'Free' Trial. It didn't arrive until 02/28/14 and I didn't bother to open the package until I picked it up on Monday. In the meantime, I discovered the charges on my VISA bill. I called the number on the shipping information and was told that, if I had read the terms and conditions, I would have known that I had a 14 day opportunity to cancel the order or refund the product. I'm so angry that I paid $200 for something that I didn't want in the first place:-(
