I ordered the sample for $4.95. I never received the sample, but didn't see a charge on my card for the $4.95. So I assumed the process failed. On 2/28/2014 I received a charge in the amount of $189.00 on my AMEX. I called Life Cell to tell them that I didn't receive the sample, but was not aware that I would be charged for $189.00. I asked what was I paying for. The person on the other line told me that I was aware of what I had purchased and the $189.00 was a valid transaction. She was really rude, put me on hold and did not return to the phone. I contacted AMEX to put in a dispute and ask them to reverse the charge. I wish I had seen this site before. I have copied some of the complaints on this site and am using them for support for my AMEX dispute in case Life Cell is try not to reverse the charge. This is such a scam.
