I looked in to taking a loan out but then changed my mind a couple of days later £69.99 was taken from my account when calling them they told me it would be refunded in a couple of days two weeks later still no money I rang again same lady answered very rude and un helpful and told me it was only £69 and laughed and put the phone down on me ever since I have rang every week with the same excuse its with managers and I will get it back friday and never do. They dont reply to emails or written letters and the same lady is just a nasty rude individual who doesn't care about scaming people. Stay well away from merrywood loans if you can.
