I ordered a pair of Dansko shoes (Sally style) on October 20, 2011 from the Style Shoes website. I paid through PayPal. I received a confirmation email with an order number. The confirmation email said the payment was made to a merchant named "dahe huang".
Today (October 31, 2011) I received a flat envelope from Guangzhou China that contained a worthless, cheap and smelly fiber bag. I tried contacting Style Shoes/Angela Shoes via the contact page on their website and like other people, I could not get the contact page to work - the send button does not send...). I also tried replying back to their initial email to me, with no response back to me. One other email address I found for them is [email protected] that I sent an email to - again, no response back.
I am filing a complaint with PayPal. If anyone has any other suggestions, please post. Outside of eBay, this is the first time I have ordered anything over the internet...and I wish I had not! A little research would have saved me from this scam. :(
I hope others find these complaints before they try to buy from this bogus website.
