I applied for free samples of Luma Repair and the other Luma product,we paid the postage for them and my Sisters also got one sent to my address.Some never even came,the other I have now returned empty as they have billed me at my bank for a lot of money.£89.95p and again £79.95p and again they have billed me for another one in a different Bank Account for Luma Skin H-Luma H for £89.95.p This is a complete scam and I have now changed all of my bank accounts Numbers.I am wondering what else they will try and bill us for,as half of the products have not been received and the rest have now been returned.
