Gave credit card details to pay postage on what was advertised as £0.00 sample. Received another product with sample, no documents/invoice return address etc. Then several weeks later received unasked for product again, checked credit card and have also had a 3rd shipment, that I have not received, charged for plus the original free sample. Rang and they say account is cancelled, have raised disputed transactions with credit card company.
