Worst company to deal with. I called today to payoff my account. I apparently made 12 payments instead of 10. So my reward was that my final buy out price would be 130 dollars higher than what I agreed upon when purchasing the TV. The customer service rep I spoke with couldn't answer the question I had for him, so he decided to hang up on me. But while discussing the payments he told me that it would be a total of $2465.94 a total of three times the original purchase price. But he couldn't answer what interest rate they were charging. He kept repeating that they don't charge interest rate, that we are just paying the original purchase price. So they can be very misleading. So to those that want to still consider them, find out the total price of the purchase after the last payment. That is the price you are paying on, not what shows up on the register screen.
