i bought a skin cream at £2.99 and serum £4.99 they advertised as trials then they took a further £89 + £95 out my daughters account as it was hers i used she has direct debits coming out soon with no money in bank to pay for them so bank charges are going to be added also i have no money to pay for creams at that cost there was nothing what so ever stating there would be further charges or i would'nt have proceeded to buy them can anyone help try to recover this as i wont be able to afford phone call to america.
