I ordered a trial of this and I didn't realize in terms and conditions I had to cancel or extend my trial after 14 days. I got charged $83.00 which put me in an overdraft. When I called they told me they could cancel it but they could not refund. It stated in their terms and conditions so they will not reimburse. Even though this was a misunderstanding on my part I do know of other companies that still will refund ur money just for customer service. They said there is nothing they can do now and can't refund my money. This is a ridiculous price to pay for it.

I would like a refund to this ridiculous amount of money. I can't afford to pay for $83.00, of something I didn't even like.
