I ordered shoes for my daughter for a Christmas present on December 8 and stated that they would arrive prior to Christmas. After several requests for information on the shipping status, of which "I never received any response what so ever," I contacted my credit card company to issue a refund. Which they did, but SoleShopper fought it, and I'm still trying to deal with it. They still have never contacted me. "Three months later" the shoes arrived, but the wrong color. We sent them back, still waiting for a resolve from my credit card company. I've completed many successful transactions using the internet. I will never use this company again, and I hope others will learn from my mishaps with this unreliable non-responsive company.
