I ordered a sample jar of this product and was just informed on my visa that I have been charged $93. I disputed it with my visa and then called rvtl to find out why I even had a charge for this amount on my card. they said that I had agreeded to the terms and conditions of a 10 day trial period and if I did not cancel within 10 days then they charge my account $93 every month and ship out a new jar. I never agreed to anything. the package arrived with no paperwork. I was on the phone with 2 different reps from rvtl and both offered to credit my account by $40.I told both of them that I wanted the full $93 and I was more than happy to send back their lotion that doesn't work. They told me I wouldn't get the full amount credited and that I would also have to pay a restocking fee. Also, there were 2 places on their web site that says terms and conditions and when I clicked on both of them, nothing came up.
