I explain to C7 Carbon that it was important for me to know the time line of when the parts will come in. Because my car has been at Dons classic car since September 6, 2013, I am in a rental car that's costing me $24 a day and they continued to give the body shop and I, The run around every day and time I called. I know they gave you guys the FedEx number only for the lights that we received on December 18, 2013 , But that was not ship by c7 carbon, but by Cherry Hill Mitsubishi ... Here is what c7 carbon shipped to Dons classic cars that was received on January 14, 2014.

So when the parts finally came the body shop started working on the car. Don's classic cars said the parts had a lot of fitment issues that needed to be taken care of . So I called C7 Carbon spoke with Mr. Ryan the owner and explain to him the condition and fitment issues of the parts and how long it took for them to arrive .... I explained to him that I did not have the time nor the money to keep my vehicle there. He went on to explain to me that if I don't want the parts he can have them picked up and ship to the next customer with those problems and that's the gist of it.

I also tried to have Mr. Don and Mr. Ryan both discuss what could be done to get my car repaired Mr. Ryan thought that Don's classic cars should do extra work without getting paid for it or for me to pay for it.

I explained to him that when we spoke with C7 Carbon they did not give any additional information in regards to fiberglass or adding extra fiberglass to strengthen the parts but did say that they made these parts to fit plus they are bolt on parts but might need a little sanding and would take three days to ship...

Mr. Don said he would try to help with some the cost but It's a lot of work in order to have these parts fit and work properly on a vehicle seeing daily use it will take three hours labor or more for each panel, right and left fenders and front bumper, hood appears to be ok, They can't really tell until other pieces are installed though. Each of those pieces will also need to be strengthend by adding additional fiberglass to make the parts thicker otherwise the parts will crack with daily use, time for this would be approximately 12 hours or more on all three pieces, this would be 21 hours or more total at $50.00 hr- $1050.00 plus $200.00 in materials, $1250.00 total to make these parts work properly. The first nine hours is required for fitment of parts so gaps are correct.
