I ordered a sample of face cream for which I was charged postage and packaging, was not happy with the product, had no further communication and whilst I was out of the UK was sent another jar which I had not authorised and was charged £79.00. There is only the PO Box address and no other way of contacting the company to cancel any further shipments!
