This company took 44.99 pounds from my account,to help me find a loan. i decide to not to apply for the loan anymore. i was told to fill up a cancellation form which i did fill up the same day. i was also told to wait for thirty day i have waited for thirty day still i have not receive my refund. i have also send them several emails and the email that they send me they told me that my refund has been process which is not true. I sent them an email today that if my refund is not in my account within 5 day i have decided to take up a legal action for my refund to be paid.
