I ordered on the internet a SAMPLE of Anti-ageing cream with a postage cost of £2.99.
This cream brought me out in a rash so I phonedthe company on 02030149255 to cancel any further supplies. This was ignored and a further jar arrived. I returned this to the address given on the delivery note (with proof of delivery from the post office),and requested no further supplies.
On March 10th I received a bank statement charging me for both the Sample (£89) and
the returned jar (£95.95).
I have now payed £185 and have NO usable cream.
How can I be charged for a sample,and be charged for a jar I returned, after cancelling.
I URGE EVERYONE TO AVOID USING THIS FRAUDULENT
COMPANY. I emailed them complaining, but they only offered me 30% refund excluding postage costs!
