Ordered a part on 03/03/14, called compnay on 03/10/14 to inquire on shipping status. Was told that company does stock the item any longer. When asked why my credit card was billed for a nonexistant part Joshua told me that it was a wharehouse problem. When asked for a refund was told the wharehouse was responsiable for such. Asked for wharehouse and was told sorry. Assured a refund would be sent but refused to send a confirmation e-mail stating such. I am hoping, if not will submit a complaint with my credit card carrier.
