Official looking letter titled "Judging Sheet" stating I am a $3 million dollar winner if I satisfy prerequisites and send in $12.99 as an acquisition fee or $15.99 to receive "Rush Processing". Someone needs to stake out the post office near box 2905 and follow whoever picks up the mail there. Why has the Kansas Corporation Commission not done something about this scam?
