I placed an order on 1/10/14, received shipping information on 1/24/14, however I did not receive the shipment. I called and left a message for support ticket on 2/13/14 however did not receive a response. I opened up a ticket on the website on 2/19/14. I received a response on 2/24/14 stating they are researching further. I did not hear back so I submitted a response to the ticket on 3/3/14 and simply asked for a status update. I still have not received a response or a status update.
