I, like all the others applied for a free sample of eye and face cream, only a month later to be charged with two charges totalling 190.00. Called the company who stated forget a refund. Called my bank BMO who stated she gets 5 - 10 calls a day, with 30 to 40 people working in dispute department, I aske her why they could not protect her clients from this obvious fraud company, and she stated we were all stupid for not reading the small print, and I stated there was no small printed al all these hundreds of clients were not all stupid. We need to hold these bankers responsible for not helping all these consumers? Am i wrong? start submittin your bank name!!!
