On 2/20/2014 I ordered Equinox Serum Day/Night cream and received it on 2/24/2014. 13 days later, 3/8/14 I cancelled because of bad side effects. I was charged $99.00 on 3/6/2014 because they required cancellation within 14 days of time ordered allowing me only 10 days of actual use. ( I first noted some side effects only after 9 days ). There is no email address, company name or phone number to contact regarding difficulties. THIS IS A SCAM. BUYER BEWARE.
