I went onto Facebook and saw the listing for Raspeberry Ketones Fresh, thought I was paying only £4.95 as shown on the final page (didn't realise I should have taken a snap shot of it as I didn't realise I was being scammed), but as soon as it was over, I got an email telling me they'll send me a form in thirty days-a rebate form. So, I went to my bank to check what they had actually taken to be needing a rebate for, and that's when I saw that they had taken £153.99 plus £4.95 postage and my stomach sank.

So I called my bank immediately and explained that I hadn't authorised a transaction of £153.plus and that I have only authorised a transaction of a total of £4.95; they said I need to wait till the transaction appears on my credit card and then they'll open a dispute on my behalf.

I then called the company telling them I wanted to cancel the whole transaction (as my bank had said I should try calling them in the meantime to cancel), but I spoke to two ladies who were not very nice and who kept telling me that the transaction was already being processed and could not be cancelled. I was asking if they has already shipped (to prevent them shipping and me having to re-ship) but they won't disclose; I doubted they had already shipped as I was calling them literally within a few hours if them opening and of me placing the order.

I really cannot understand why such a fraudulent company would be allowed onto Facebook! I'm thoroughly disappointed and feel like I can't even trust anything that's put on Facebook ever again.
