I would like to complain about the fact Loan Zoo have taken £44.99out of my account myself and my husband have never heard of this company and did not agree to any money ever to come out of our account. I am looking to receive a full refund or I am going to get intouch with the fraud team with my bank. I do not understand how you get away with this you must make millions of pounds interest in taking this amount off everyone and give nothing back in return you are nothing but thieves
