I clicked on one months free trial as it came through a website stating that my niece had seen about it on television. Approximately 2 weeks later 5 tubs of tablets came. I was shocked as I was only expecting one. I immediately called my credit card company to see how much they had taken. I had put my credit card details in as I thought it was to cover the postage. My credit card company advised me that £94.75 had been charged. I have e mailed and telephone them. They are adamant that they are going to charge me 15 per cent restocking fee plus I have to pay shipping or they offered me 50 per cent refund. I am going to return them but I am not hopeful for a refund.
