I canceled my membership on January 28, 2014 and paid the stupid $25 cancelation fee that was disclosed on the contract that I never saw because they "email" it to you when you sign up. Any fees should be disclosed when you sign a contract not hidden but that's besides the point. It is now 3/14/14 and I am still being charged the monthly fee and everyone that works at this gym is so incompetent they can't stop it or refund me without a manager. Which is fine except I have been trying to get this resolved for a month now and have been promised call backs and been told to call back on this date at this time only to never get a call back and when I call in the manager is not there surprise surprise!!!
