all i did was enquire,my stupid mistake for tapping in my bank details,,,when i got paid 140 had been taken out of my account,,69.99 from merrywood and they gave my bank details to their sister company orchard loans who also took 69.99.i phoned then up asking for a refund because im definatly not interested they said there refund policy was 1 month and that didnt include weekends,,,i am now on day 40 without weekends and still no refund,,when you call all you get is abuse how ever polite you are,,keep getting fobbed off,ive put a complaint in with the financial obbusman which now gives them another 2 months extension to put this right,,they have no intention of giving me a refund,,,they dont care,,they prey on the vunerable,,i cant afford to loose 140 pound but its happened avoid at all costs,,bunch of scammers
