I was down with a broken collar bone when most of this happened. I ordered a book for $2.98, so I could check out my options to open up my own business. the ad said you only had to pay the shipping and handling, which I never received the either. I kept getting phone calls about going back to college, and I told them to loose my number I was 55 yrs old and not interested in going back to school. I have never received any services from this company or would I in the future, they are very rude, will not tell you the phone number to talk to the owners. They told me that there phone was the same as theirs even though they are in different places. Forget about talking to the only supervisor Alex, he does not return phone calls either. I am still down and out with my shoulder, I can not afford this, and if call their answering machine, they tell you they have a special for 3 mos for $ 12.99, I guess they like picking on the elderly, that is where the most of their business comes from.
