This page is a GYP. I bought a coat there and I paid for it. Immediately, a lady wrote to me saying that my model was not in stock and and she suggested me to choose another similar... I was silly, I did it, I chose another similar, and three weeks later I received a poorly packaged JUNK from China, worse than a Carnival costume, and two sizes smaller than mine (although it had a tag with my size). Now, I'm trying to get my money back and they tell me that I already knew what I was buying!!! (cynics) and that they will take me a 25% of the price because of "recolocation" of the coat. I am furious, I am a lawyer and I am going to report it in my country, in England and in Europe. And also, I will write to Karen Millen Official Website to tell them that they are spoiling
