I have ordered two products, one in July 2013 and another one in Nov 2013. Was told in Oct 2013 that I would get a refund on first product that never came through, takes approx 4 weeks, now it's March and I have not gotten my refund. I have sent numerous follow-up emails since. The order on Nov 2013 also not received, after numerous follow-up emails once again, I'm now told I can only get credits on my account. Why would I even want to buy anything else through them?? They are refusing to give me a refund now saying I didnt fit their refund guidelines, what a scam artist! I should not have to leave my money with them as credits for products they cannot provide. I am also reporting them to the BBB.
