I called the company on the phone and asked if they could make a magnetic drain plug for my tractor as their list didn't show one that was big enough. They said they could if I sent them a sample plug with $10 for shipping, which I did. I have never received a plug back. My check for $10 has been cashed. I have emailed them with no response and I have tried calling them and have not been able to contact anyone.
