I am very disappointed and livid at the level of customer service (or lack of) I have received from this company. It starts with the Manager, Mr. Elliot, whom I contacted on 08/08/13 to set up the buy-out option for this contract. I was instructed back before 10/15/13. After several attempts of trying to contact Mr. Elliot before this date I only received the voicemail or the phone just ringed without answer. Finally, after MONTHS of calling I finally spoke with the customer service rep, Martina. I asked to speak with Mr. Elliot. She told me to call back within the hour. After calling back I was informed that he was not in for the day!!!! After hearing this lie I asked for a manager, who never showed up. I was only directed to another Customer Service Rep. I was told Mr. Elliot would call me back within 24 hours. A month later, I am still waiting for a call from Mr. Elliot. Both Mr. Elliot and Ms. Martinez need to be fired for poor customer service and giving me the run around to pay off this leased item. I will never recommend anyone to use this company for anything. It is a rip off and a SCAM.
