I had £69.72 removed from my bank account on Friday. My bank has told me this transaction was performed by Credit Maze (which I later discovered are Click4Profit). I went on to their website to see if I recognised it. I have never seen the site before. I am unable to contact them by phone (it goes straight to hold music and is never answered) and they do not respond to my emails.
I did sign up to Loans Direct, who took their membership fee from my account shortly before this. Several of their loan offers redirected me to other paid for loan brokers. I did not enter my card details into any of their pages. Both Loans Direct and Credit Maze/Click4Profit phone numbers begin 0845823. Are they the same company?
I have requested a refund from Loans Direct two days ago which I am assured is being processed. I hope to see that money returned soon. My bank are unable to help me resolve this situation.
