A Lot like the other complaints on this site, i had just under 70 pounds taken from my account without permission after enquiring about a short term loan. Not at any point was it made clear that they were a broker, or that there was a charge. I have now been waiting two months for a refund while being told first 7 days, then 30 days, then 30 WORKING days and finally, that its with a manager. All staff are extremely rude, and regularly they will just hang up on you. I am taking my complaint to the FOS also. Its an absolute disgrace.
