they called on 2/20/14 saying ive been approved for a loan and that i needed to secure the loan but that i would get it right back with the loan amt of 5,000, i got a greed dot moneypac for 250 that was the amt. i was told i would need. then im told that iwould be called back in 20 min. i was but this time im given to someone else oscar white.1st person was benjamine franklin. then im told by oscar that i needed 180 more dollors but i would get it the 250 and 5000 within the hr. i tell them i should of been told the whole amt at beginning of this process we argue i get cut off well its past 5pm and there closed for the day. i call first thing in the am ask for oscar. now im told i need the 10%of loan but hang on he will get it down.he comes bk on and asures me if i get another green dot moneypac i will get the loan they have it ready to go in my acct,so i go get another one and call him back w the no. on back he verifies it puts me hold. there suposably transfering it. im on hold a good 30ty min before getting disconected. i call and call and finely im told hes in a meeting.its again almost 5pm and their closed on sunday. i call and ask for oscar and an
m told i need 95.oo more dollors. well we argue he said computor kicked it out because i didnt have the 10% wich i was told they were taking care of that and now there not, i have no choice but to follow thru with it so im led to believe because it will now cost me 65.00 of my money to cancel the loan. they get their 95 dollors that day im put on hold and got disconected again. its now 515pm and im stuck till mon. i call and then im given to another person jeff jefferson.and im told my loan was kicked back due to my credit score.i tell them my credit score doesnt have anything to do with it because they said i was already approved.i tell them to cancell it and give me my money back like they promised.and to take the 65 dollor charge out of the 525 they already have of my money like they said they could. well sh.... im told the office has that money and will release it after i go get another greendot moneypac for 65dollors. well i go balistic saying im not giving them another dime. and to give me there main office no,i get hung up on . ive called them everyday i get the same answer and hung up on.so now they have all my ss money for my bills and wont give it back or a main no to someone i can call. this is the no i call everday on 202-239-0495
