CALLED TO CANCEL DIDN'T WANT PRODUCT.WAS TOLD A SUPERVISOR WOULD CALL ME BACK IN TWO HRS. NEVER GOT SAID CALL.I CALLED BACK 1 HR 20 MIN.AND WAS INFORMED THAT THERE WASN'T ANY CHARGES ON MY ACCOUNT THAT IT WAS ALL TAKEN CARE OF. GOT CREDIT CARD BILL TODAY AND GUESS WHAT THE CHARGE WAS THERE. CALLED CALL CENTER AGAIN AND INFORMED THAT THEY'D TAKE $50 OFF I SAID I WANT FULL REFUND. COULDN'T SPEAK TO SUPERVISOR BECAUSE THE PHONE LINES WERE ALL BUSY TAKING ORDERS!
