We heard about Flex Seal through a TV Advertisment. It sounded like a great product, so on 10/29/2011, I went into the "Official" www.getflexseal.com is the official business site, which currently offers one regular spray can of their spray seal product for $19.99 a can plus a second can of the same size "FREE" through a special TV offer, however, when you go into the site and fill out the order the total plus handling quickly comes to $49.87, so based on this shock, I absolutely did not confirm the purchase of the order as requested in the instructions, and absolutely did not submit the order, but immediately deleted the order. Next thing that I get is a surprise e-mail that states the confimation of my order. So that same day (10/29/2011), only moments later, after deleting the order, I call the company to tell them I did not confirm the order as the instruction required, but deleted what personal information I had filled in, to be told by a service dept. rep, I would need to call back within 24 hours later or on 10/30/2011 to cancel the order, so I did exactly as instructed, to be told by another service rep to call back 10/31/2011 when there would be someone available who could help me cancel the bogus order, so once again, I did exactly as instructed, to be told firmly the order could not be cancelled, but that they would reduce cost to me to $39.87 ($10.00 less), instead of $49.87, I promptly and firmly responded I DIT NOT not want the product as I had not submitted an order for product, but had deleted it before the final process of confirming the order, now via an e-mails received today (11/01/2011) the order has been shipped to me, and they have already charged my Credit Card $49.87, not $39.87. If the nationally offered for the cost of the product is a SCAM, the receiving the product and quality of the product also a scam? This company needs to be stopped from continuing its unethical practices immediately.
