i have had £69.72 taken from my bank account today 17/3/2014 from creditmaze,bournemouth.as i have never heard of this company i went to my bank,HALIFAX,they was very unhelpfull with stopping the pending payment,but gave me a phone number for the company,i then went to CAB who tried ringing this company,lines were dead,she tried other numbers but no joy,my next step is to report it to the police,as they took all what was in the bank me and my children had to get a food parcel off CAB,what can be done about these people

- hi i have had the same problem and as usual the response from my bank is appalling. i got a number 08448236861. hope this helps
