I have to say that I am very pleased with the service that was performed on my laptop. Not only is it running like new again, but they cleaned it so thoroughly it looks new too! I truly thought that if I got it back and it was repaired that would be great, but the fact that they went beyond that level was the cherry on top. I wish I would've paid less for the service (bought the 1 year contract for $200.) But, overall very happy. My laptop had several viruses and they had it back to me in 1 day. I love the service. Thanks guys!
