between the months of january and february this company took two seperate payments of 69.95 out of my bank account the first one was taken on the 22nd january and the second one was taken a week or two later i have tried contacting them ut when iget through they say one this and u mention the word refund and they hang up i was told it would only take 30 working days to refund my money the first time i contacted them and its now almost two months later and im still waiting i am not happy some one please help me
