Purchased a Jovanni prom dress on 2/12/14, have not seen this dress, you cant call no one, they emailed me and told me it ships out on march 7th, sill no dress, highly upset. This was supposed to had been for my daughters 1st prom, and now i dont have any more funds for another dress. can someone please help me to get my hard earned cash back from this bogus website.
