I placed an order for sunglasses on 3/5/14 for $56.00 + $1.68 on foreign charges on sunglassesstore.com.co and pay with my visa however the store does not charge directly apparently, instead there is this "Vimapay" that charges the amount. The Sunglassesstore.com.co website state that it takes 7-9 days to receive the product and it has been 2 weeks which is reasonable still, however my concerned is that I have emailed them 3 times and no one has reply to any of those emails. I don't see any problem with the timing considering the fact that is coming from over seas however the lack of communication is to worry about. could it be sunglasses.com.co or Vimapay the one to be aware of?
