The organization informed me to fill out a application to set up an interview. Could not verify company and found a list of similar letters. Apparently they used to work under Jackson & Adams and have since changed their name. The eventually ask you to use a website to get a credit score which is always a flag.

Here is the letter:


Thank you for applying for the opening "Hotel Staff Manager" this position is currently open in Anaheim, California with a pay of $16-18 per hour.

We have completed our initial assessment of the applications received, and are happy to inform you that your application has been accepted by our client for the interview stage.

This stage closes on Thursday, November 3rd at 8pm PST, so its very important you complete the online screening before that date, interview requests submitted after this date will not be accepted. Your interview will be scheduled for the following week.
