Responded to a free trial which had no mention on the purchase page that a recurring charge would be made to my credit card after 14 days.
My understanding is that it should have a tick box for you to click in order for them to take a recurring charge. I phoned the customer service line and they told me it is in the small print and have refused to refund my money. Has anyone gone for a small claim court judgement as the charges are not clear and transparent?
