I am frustrated that I ordered this product and could not use it, it irritated my skin badly. I stopped using the product and got in touch with the company to cancel any further shipments and I found out that my trial period had expired and that they would refund 25% my product price for the inconvenience of restocking. This product costs $89.76 and the company is giving me a refund of $22.44....uuurrrrgggg!! I sent the company an email asking when the trial period started and when did it end. I was told the trial period started the day I ordered it!! WTH...Then the customer does not get a full 2 weeks to try the product as advertised, it takes 1 week for the product to arrive at it's destination and what can a person learn about a new product in a week. Then I had my VISA company call me to see if I had authorized a charge of $89.76, right then I knew something was fishy. Is there something else I can do about getting my full refund?
