Placed order on 3/6, got email that was shipped on 03/07. Did not receive the product until 03/14. They said I should've called them but I didn't have a phone number and there wasn't one on their website. No details whatsoever in email regarding contact information in the form of phone number or website and no details whatsoever on shipping information in package. They obviously want you to fail so they can have your money. I took the supplements for 3 days and had a severe reaction. My 13 days was on 03/20 so I called them on 03/19 to cancel. They said the 13 day trial started on 03/05 when I placed the order. I said how is it a 13 day trial when I didn't even get the product until the 7th day. He kept arguing wih me. Also told me it wasn't unusual for people to get an allergic reaction with this product. They canceled any future shipments but refused to refund the $76.42 for something I can't even use. This is a scam when they won't even listen let alone provide adquate information to their customers.
