Feb 7th 2014 unsolisited call from Danny Chang who said he was with Microsoft and by reportes the were getting my computer was contamated and would crash if i didnt buy their software and let them install it . I agreed and gave him my cc# to which he charged $352.16 .Open up my computer at his instructions . approx 2 hrs went to open my computer and it was totaly screwed up . This was fri afternoon to late in the day to call my bank .Called bank Monday morn account had all ready been charged . Called Microtech Support LLC at 239-247-5552 talked to a Mike? .Demanded my money back. HE said that acct dept would call.Enter a Ray Gomez who wanted a list of my complaints which i e-mailed to him at [email protected]. Enter a Greg Roche? who said he was from accounting . After a lenghty argument he said he would refund $200.00 . This was on Feb 10th it now March 19th 2014 no refund . I e-mail my aggreement for the $200.00 dollars on Feb 17th . At no one time have i recived an responces from either Mr Gomez or Mr ROCHE? . Now since they have not responded to any of my e-mails or made any refund i am at this time asking for a full refund of $352.16 .I have lodged a complaint through my Bank the BBB of Texas The NATIONAL do not call Registry also the Attorney General of TEXAS .The Federal Trade Commission. The Wa. state office of the Attorney General . And also the Internet Crime Complaint Center (ic3) .And now with SCAMBOOK
